Succeed is hiring a lead engineer to take technical ownership of the platform as we move from MVP to market.
The product will already be live when you join. The initial system is being built now by our product designer and interim technical lead. Your role is to take over the technical side once the platform launches.
This is a rare opportunity to own the engineering function of a live product from an early stage. You will work directly with the founders, shape the technical direction of the platform, and build systems designed to support significant scale over the coming years.
Succeed is being built around a simple belief: small, highly capable teams using modern AI tools can move faster and build better products than traditional engineering organisations.
Succeed is a platform where high-school students discover academic opportunities around the world; summer schools, competitions, programmes, university courses, and other forms of enrichment.
Today, many of these opportunities exist but remain fragmented and difficult for students to discover. The result is that thousands of ambitious students miss out simply because they never see what is available.
Succeed brings these opportunities into one place, making it easier for students to explore what exists and make informed decisions about their future.
Our aim over the next few years is straightforward: reach one million students using the platform.
